SAMS cancellation policy

REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY

Payment is to be made in full at the time of booking. No Refunds will be given. The commitment you make to train your dog is important to us, and to your dog's future. There will be no refunds or make-up dates due to scheduling.

Private Packages Cancellation Policy

Payment is to be made in full. No Refunds will be given. Private sessions can be rescheduled providing 24-hour notice is given, otherwise you forfeit the session. Once you have registered and paid for your private session or private package you have six weeks from the start date of your first session to complete your purchased training package. There will be no refunds or make up dates due to scheduling.
